something i suggested to the devson the forums

I havent been jedi long but i have been in the game for a long time, almost two years now. i would like to say i am already board with jedi, and not because of the grind but because there is nothin special to be a jedi. Nothing to show for those months of grinding FS and for the months ahead of just grinding my tempalet. There is nothing special for a jedi to except for the same old things i was doing when i ws a rifleman or when i was tkm. ect. So now what what do i do now. Even if i do get a full tempalet what do i do then, the vette, the avatar, DWB i have been on those things so many times i couldnt count them.
So this is what i suggest to the DEVS. Let the shrines give quests or missions that only jedi can do weather in a group of jedi or a solo jedi. Also within these quests let jedi loot things that jedi can use or make the loot something special for just jedi. I mean something to for us jedi to have soemthing for all those months of grinding we have commited. i know a lot of none jedi will argue this but i think we should have something to look forwad to even after we get jedi besides just getting to shoot lighting out of our hand. just something for us jedi to do.
Also devs i think something need s to be done about 5 lvl bh's going after asingle lvl 50 jedi. i mean that is over kill. uknow it is just a game everyone and we people that pay 15 dollars amonth too should be able to enjoy the game to besides haveing to worry about 1-5 bh's killing us one right after anoughter and then we end up 1mil of xp in the hole and we only make 600 xp for every kill. And dont think i am one of those jedi that run and hide everytime i get tell from a bh or one just shows up to kill me cause i dont i will stand and fight. but i would like to enjoy the game a little more. like i said it is just a game. it is ment to have fun.
I would also like to add why not make BH a faction thing. Make it where only imp Bh's can hunt reb jedi or nuetral and reb bh's hunt only imp jedi or nuetral. that would also make it more story based.

The patch notes that were put up were only partial, so you missed a few of them. For clarity's sake until pub 20 is pushed to Test. Names will now translate into "Rebel Jedi", "Imperial Jedi", "Neutral Jedi". Missions will only be generated if the target is online at the time, this doesnt guarantee they dont log for dinner, etc. At least you know they are online at the time of mission generation. There is also a fairly significant one in there were once the BH attacks(even if the Jedi doesn't fight back), the TEF flag is set and prevents Jedi from doing things that TEF's prevent, like entering houses.

That is a great idea, you should be able to ask for a quest and select 'solo quest' or 'group quest'. The solo quest would be adjusted to your current combat level, and the group quest could be set to the highest CL or the average CL.

The more I read about Jedi, the less excited I get. Let's face it, when I train my 5 novice boxes, I will have to drop 40 skillpoints of swordsman, that leaves me with 4-5 skills I think, and I will probably drop from Level 80 to level 50ish. That means i can't fight without a group anymore, and the only thing I have left to do is grind, and fear the bounty hunters. Which is, without a doubt, very boring. In a way, i'm happy that you are sharing that with un Kindreth because it allows me to better expect the reality of Jedi.

So the idea of Jedi reserved quests is great, and a place or planet for Jedi to grind without the fear of BH. To be allowed in that area, i would set pre-requisites like being a padawan, having less than 'x' skillpoints invested in Jedi skills and less than 'y' experience in the bank. That way, low level Jedi could peacefully grind at their own pace, and when they reach a level in which they can fight better, they have to leave.

That, or implement the student/teacher scenario in which, if a Padawan fights alongs his master, none of them gain visibility and if one of the two Jedi is attacked by a BH, both can fight.

Also, hide the name of BH missions, and make all bounty the same. The BH would get the name of his target only after using the bio signature, or, when the seeker droid matches the bio signatuer with the player, only then would the BH get a name.

That would prefent cheap ass BH fom choosing weak jedi by taking 100k missions, and would prevent vandettas against a Jedi for example, where a BH or gang of BH would keep taking missions on the same Jedi.

but if we go we will need at least 3 lvl 80 jedi to go to. cause everything is lvl 80+ up there. and will need a master doctor

I will hold on to master doctor as long as I can that's for sure, even after i unlock Padawan. Swords and brawler will go away first. At least, if I get attacked, I won't need to spend all my force on healing. I'll use Doc heals while i'm up, and force heal if I get knocked down and should be able to hold on long enough to run away!
