i say go down the list in the group to loot each kill starting with leader fo the group and if u happen to loot something it is us and if u dont but the next person does that is just the luck of the draw.

whatever but this agueing over loot is stupid. i personial we r a guild t shouldnt matter who gets the damn loot weather they r jedi or not. if someone wants it and the other person dont then give it to them. i mean realy whats the big deal yall it is just a game not a way of life. the argueing needs to stop. we need to start workign together not against each other. we r a team yall. but hay that is just my opion.

Well, it used to be simple. Who ever needed the loot the most would take the loot. Now, it's more complicated because everyone (and I do mean Jedi or soon to be Jedi) need crystals and pearls, and because they are broken at the moment and loot less frequently than they should, it's not possible for everyone to keep it. Also, if a Jedi is looting, it opens the door to another possibility. The Jedi who has the crystal(s) is capable of seeing the quality. So if I'm jedi and i loot 2 crystals, a fair and a premium, it's easy for me to hide that and give the fair to someone else.
Also, because it's not always the same group, it's not possible to say something like "Last group, Oseh and Vikrant kept the loots, now it will be Kindreth, Eoro, baile or Neek" because maybe it'll be a different group.
You said yourself that the crystals should go to the person who have been Jedi the longest, which was very fair. In that case, a crystal should have went to Vikrant, and the other to Eoro. You said that yourself, but yet took it upon yourself to keep one. You have been Jedi for about a week, that doesn't make you a long time Jedi now does it.
The second options could have been to give them to the people who have been in the Guild the longest, that could have worked out very nicely also. We are a guild, and reward the oldest players first.
Another logical systen could have been who ever contributed to the hunt the most with damage and support. I spent the skillpoints to be able to rez, i spend more than 500k to help people like Baile get me the hero quest, and me and Vik do the most damage. So that could have been another logical solution. Not the one I would pick, but still.
The COMMON thing in all those systems Oseh, is that in all those scenarios, nor have you been a jedi a long time, nor have you been in RSF a long time, and nor do you contribute the most to the group. So the only reason you kept that crystal, is that looted the NS faster and got lucky.
The last group we had, it was me and Eoro at first, and both of us looted 2, then Kindreth and others came along but it was clear that Kindreth would get the 3rd. Well, i'm the one who looted the 3rd and gave it to Kindreth. Simple, and logical.
I got piss mad yesterday because you were logical enough to offer it to the Jedi with the most experience, but were too selfish to apply that completely and offer the other one to Eoro. You participate in a group as long as there is something in it for you. The last 2 days I grinded, there was nothing in it for me at all. I healed people, I revived people and I attacked to accelerate teh process for everyone. I did it to help the new Jedi at the time which were Kowpla and Kindreth, and also Eoro and Vik when they were in the group.
I think you are missing the point of the guild and of groups. The guild is there to help everyone, as much as everyone is there to help the guild and so far, I've seen you let yourself be helped by RSF, but have not seen you offer anything back, unless I have missed something which is very possible.
Regardless, I tough of your actions yesterday to be completely selfish and not guild-like. Not everyone is in a position to help equially and that's perfectly normal. When I started, I was given a lot of help by people like Phenix with some money, Vikrant with tons of ressources, Baile with countless hours spent hunting for meat to make buffs, and I was in no way able to give back. And the day i became master doctor, i started to give away free buffs to the guild all the time and I was very happy to do so, to finally give back.
Maybe right now you are not in a position to give a whole lot back, which is understandable, but when you take it upon yourself to decide how the loots are distributed, that to me doesn't show proper guild behavior. You have not been a member of RSF very long, you have not been a Jedi for very long so I didn't think you were in a position to take that decision.
And like I said before, you applied your logicel reasoning by giving a crystal to Vikrant, but not to give the other one to Eoro following the same logic, because that would have ment that there would be no reward for you that evening... which would have been the same as Baile, as Kindreth, as Eoro, as Jenicide and as me.
Just my toughts.

jus ta reflection about your response...very proper and professional...but i really wish you would stop calling me selfish... i was in no way selfish.. i asked countless time how we should distribute crystals, offered it to vik, cuz we had discussed about the veteran jedi thing but by all means...i understand the guild/group policies...i in NO WAY intended on keeping those crystals...i was 100% wanted to give them to whom deserved them...i mean of course i need cyrstals in my saber and so will you and EVERY jedi but i still wanted to give away...and you were speaking of giving to the guild...i was master doc myself also and gave away free buffs, i helped, u never saw is what it is...i give rare loots and shit away all the time...just cause you dont know about it doesnt give u the right to persecute me for what you THINK about whta i do...i believe the guild comes first...i serve everyone first..and NO i dont USE the groups for my own benifit, i mean yeah i get xp, but thats not only why im out there...im out there to have a good time with the fellas/ladies of the guild....i have MANY times gone out as doctor and healed people on missions without any benefits coming to me, but like you said things can be overlooked and not recognized....and about the damage thing...thats not the way I would do it becuz what about these noobs (take abejos for instance)...what if hes broke, nowhere near jedi/ and is hittin for 35 with his carb...why should he be left out of the loot just becuz he does little damage...hes just as much in hte guild as anyone else...im not trying to carry this shit on or nuthin...just spreading my htoughts...ur a badass swords/doc and i thank ya for all hte rezes uve given me..(and hopefully more...lol)...ur a good friend and i dont want this shit to ruin it, yall take the loots, thats that i want..to help everyone else...turst me, i would give up jedi for any one of yall, just so i could grind it right back with yall afterwards...so lets just let it go and play the game and have fun with the guild...thanks for your response to the thread...i appreciate it

I think to straighten things out for the next time is to turn on the ramdom loot mode. That way a random person gets the loot at random times. I should have turned it on last night, but I was not thinking it would be a big deal. I think this would be the best way over all.
