3 years...ouch, I did start out on dial up during the beta but talked my parents into cable when I still lived there. At my condo the first thing in there was my cable internet!

lol, well the only time that i had a problem with lag as far as my dial up goes, was when there were huge groups of players, npc's in one area, or in huge battles.
