But yeah the Guildleader can declare war on a guild, not sure what that does , but I know it is an option

Its sad that nobody can contact the guild leader lol  Lezaro and I mounted an offensive earlier. A defender jedi attacked us while we were in their city. We were fighting him but it wasnt going anywhere because he just kept healing himself  Then this guy Romu popped up so I went after him and had him incapped in no time but Lez got rooted by the jedi and i got incapped before I could DB Romu so that didnt turn out well But i went back right away and ambushed Zogar and owned him so as far as I am concerned its on like donkey kong  an official declaration would be sweet though because as bruno said it would make all of their members red and attackable to all of us so it would be fun! |

OK. I am not tring to be a buzz kill here. However, I need a majority of RSF to declair war on another guild. I will also need to contact the guilds leader in question. I can declair war on any guild, but the opposing guild has to accept the war and declair on their end. I have a funny feeling that we will be out of luck. I will need more then 6 people in RSF in favor of a war however.

Hmm.. swore I posted to this. DxD and IRA is the main guilds out of there. I was in a group fo them in Ryatt Trails, later they quit without saying a thing, all 4 of them, and it nearly wiped the group. I had an opportunity to discuss their actions. Not a real clear answer except they ban any blue dot. I would like to see an organzied front starting with the banning of DxD and IRA members from FO. Next a organized assault on their faction bases that surround the shuttle pad. The later initiative should be scheduled with maximum participation, even if that means two or three groups. Those faction bases look tough.
I heard talk about having the guild or town declare war on them, I believe we should do a bit of research into the implications first, at least I do not know what they are.

Here's what I found:
Basically guild wars are just a 'free for all' PvP fest. Once enabled by both sides, anyone can kill anyone anytime. I'm not sure if you can load kill (might have been fixed a while back), but you can clone camp, kill non combatants, grief, or anything else.
I usually suggest to only war with a guild you're on friendly terms with, or one that will respect rules, such as not killing afk people, non combatants, etc.. but overall it's up to you on who you fight.
Really isn't much to guild wars (Hoping for a more in depth system one day.) Just remember it only applies to the ground and guild wars can't be done in space(yet).
In other words, we need to have specific rules established but to my understanding... they will simply not follow those rules so if we decide to declare war... non-combatant, crafters, JEDI... everyone will be at risk... and there are no gain or lost of we win or loose which is pointless afterall.
The leaders can setup a PvP event between both guilds... I would be part of it!!! WOOT
