from what i hear they are thinking it out... rare items from quests and the past will be able to repair to full, and the stuff that isnt rare such as wpns will repair to full, but still have decayed condition like they did before

Does that mean they'll go from, say 1010/1010 when made/looted to 980/980 after a repair is made, or that you can keep repairing them to 1010/1010?

It is good they are bringing back decay. Crafting was one of SWG's strong suits, but they really screwed that up with the NGE. It is funny, and sad, how they are going back more and more to how it was precu.

for the things that are rare and hard to get, like elder crystals, elder robes, old aurillian items those will repair to 1010/1010 but other things like JMC's and crystals/pearls will go to 980/980
