What you pay for in that plan of SOE's is nothing mandatory. But if you want the best, you pay. As for SWG, it is good news that they won't be doing that with it. However, since when should people have to pay extra for customer service? How is that a special benefit? lol Ugh!

Good point Ehrgeiz. Is SOE going to make SWG2? The answer may be obvious, but I'm trying to keep my distance from anything SWG-related on the web, so I'm kinda clueless. =P
