Heh, I forgot just how buggy it was. But hey, at least it won't be hard for The Old Republic to be a better game than SWG.
TOR has two huge advantages going for it. 1) It is set in the Old Republic, obviously. So "gangs of Jedi" running around won't be the "loretrocity" it was in SWG. Also, the devs have huge amounts of creative freedom with a time frame as untouched as the Old Republic. Canon shouldn't get in the way too often.
And 2) It's being made by Bioware, a far more competent company than SOE is, or was, or probably will ever be!

I think this is an award well deserved. Implementing the first combat CU right after the first expansion, and the Jedi nerf right after another expansion back really screams "we want your money and we don't care about game experience".
