No he left, not sure if he is back yet. All this leaving and joining up again reminds me of the old days when darkmatter left 3-4 time a week.....thats right I went there.

rofl! Could never make up their minds!! It was like me talking about what template I wanted to be way back when. I bounced back and forth so many times...spent a lot of time getting xp that way.

Nah, this sucks, I've played it for 2 whole hours so I know! Time to almost master MCH but quit and go for MRifleman/TKM. Ugh, riflemen shoot so slow. I am 4444 but I think I am going back to Triple Threat."

lol i always change my mind daily, one day ill want to be solo and the next ill want in another guild and then ill rejoin RSF then quit for drama sake and then rejoin 2 days later after telling another guy id go imp and join his guild lmao

Yeah I know what that indecision is like. Sadly it is not good for the guild, but the attitude SOE radiates towards its game and the people who play it promotes it. I know you guys do, but it is hard to have respect for anything in game when the devs of the game don't even seem to have any respect for their creation or the people who play it. Also, going through all those revamps and playing a game that you expected to be so much better 3 years after launch than it is...that makes it hard to keep having fun, and switching up your play style constantly is usually the easiest way to keep things interesting.

That's not even to mention the difficulty of keeping a guild healthy throughout all of those drastic revamps. You can love a guild and at the same time it not be what you need at a given time. That's why we all took our mains out of Blood Knights on WoW to join raiding guilds. We like BK more, but need to be in a raiding guild to experience all of the content available.

So it stinks that people leave and rejoin RSF constantly, but what can you expect with things being the way they are? It's probably better than leaving and rejoining the game constantly, which is what I do. At least you get to continue playing with them.

/LOL @ myself for dissecting the workings of game communities again.

Edit: I think the game is in piss poor condition for being made by a company like SOE and being so many years out of beta. But I'd also like to add that I think it is a lot better than it used to be and is getting better with every patch, albiet slowly. If we can dodge the random game-system overhaul, then SWG should be a very, very good game many patches down the line.

But I also think there are inherent design flaws that will keep the game from ever reaching WoW popularity and success. I'm referring to things like lag, which is not likely to go away unless they take away the extremely detailed character customization we have. But who knows, maybe with server upgrades and me buying or building a new computer the lag will be a thing of the past.

I have yet to experience anything as bad as SWG lag in another game though.

Still, when I am having fun in SWG, it is as fun as any amount of fun I have in WoW, if not more so. (unlocking jedi) But I have to be having fun for that to be the case. =P
