All those sites that stream videos but don't let you download them...are annoying.
First install the Mozilla Firefox browser. 10x better than IE.

Then install the "VideoDownloader" Add-on.

Now you can download those videos. The quality for the ones I have tested so far was actually better, too. I guess they purposely lower them as they stream, so it's faster.
Firefox is as customizable as WoW...and that's saying something. You just need to learn how to use it and customize it. It's (much) safer than IE, too. w00t!
