Another day has come and gone on the dusty world of Tatooine. As the 2 suns begin to set, an almost serene calm falls over the planet.
Womp rats return to their piles of garbage, mynocks return to their caves, and a family of kreetles are not so aggitated as they are in the mid-day suns.
The same overcomes the quiet town of Fort Ootinni.....
Weary travelers return home from a day of adventuring, harvesting, and peddling their wares.
The shuttle has fallen silent for at least half an hour for routine maintenance and shift changes. The local vendors are closing for the evening:
We see Olios petting his penguine good-night for the evening, Droopi locking the doors on Shadow Company, Ikro sliding the gates closed on the mall, and Neekee closing the local pharmacy.
One establishment at this time does come alive after a day of being dormant.....like a sleeping animal awakening for its nocturnal hunt. This place is the Broken Bottle Cantina. We see the owner Kowpla Kow and his lovely sister Kowplu unlocking the doors, turning on the lights, and Kowplu starting a soothing tune on her horn.
The song is almost a type of beacon to the citizens of FO (for short). Most resisdents come to the Bottle around this time for story telling of the days adventures. A simple drink before going home, or to just unwind with a friendly game of dejarik. You can find almost anyone here during this time.
But as all good times, they come to an end.....
Whether that last sip has been had, the end of a story told, or that last credit chip spent. The citizens return to their homes for the evening to ready themselves with sleep for the next day.
As the sun rises....so do the citizens of FO for yet another day of untold adventures....
