No problem mobs, I'm used to having to read a lot with you replay but I know you're trying to be clear. So I read that over a couple days and it makes sence. I really like WoW's, and SWG's old combat system where skills were fast enough to be interesting, but slow enough so that you had to think before your next move to make sure you don't waste time and cooldowns on something that you didn't need. Kinda like "I know your weakness and I used my skills to their best abilities to defeat you" not "I have a macro that spams faster than you can click' stuff. Although WoW does have a few macro tricks to cast stuff faster than you can normally click.

I found combat for me is best when I set my right click to auto attack and keeps the aswd movement format, its alot like wow now and I love it.

Well here lately everytime RSF has showed up for a pvp battle the imps leave. I guess they are tired of being WTF PWNED. rofl. dont beleive me ask mobus, lez, and oseh. lol Tis true. And replying to what you said about macro's and such Neek, yeah, that is true. I had one that would charge, maul, and feral faerie fire all at once. I rarely used it though (forgot I had it! lol). I don't think anyone uses macros in combat in SWG anymore, though. I don't even know if you can. I don't know the slash commands for moves, or if they even exist anymore. Seriously! Spamming...yeah, at first I thought that is all it was about, but it really isn't. It's more about timing of what you do more than anything else. Time the heal, time when you want to spend all your action on damage moves, time force run>saber block>heal, etc. It's not as strategy-oriented as WoW quite yet, but it's getting there. The timing, I feel, can be just as important though. For a druid timing was KEY. It was the absolute most essential thing to winning a fight. Now in SWG if I don't manage my action (timing my specials) I will find I don't have enough to heal during that 3k health margin before I die. If I cloak too late, a dot will kill me. If I sit there and fight a bh with a 10k armor shield on (for 20k total with the good bh's), I will die. I have to snare, back off, saber block until it is done. In this case it is best to heal even if I am at half health (the heal only heals for 1/2 of it's value, about), because I am not taking much damage and my heal will be ready again when I am meleeing the bh again. And none of this is to mention the timing you must do with the other person's specials if you really want to be good. Things like that. And if you think about it, timing and all the different things you do as a result of it can be considered strategy, making SWG finally have that again. I strategically cloaked so I could strategically get another heal in so I could strategically kick your ass! lol ;D
